The DRC is becoming a CIO

The Dolphins Recreation Centre charity is currently an Unincorporated Trust but will soon be changing to a Charitable Incorporated Organisation (CIO).   In order to do this the we need to produce a new constitution.   Attached to this article is the proposed CIO constitution for the public review.
