Front Section

Capacity: 60 people
Pricing: £18.00-£36.00 per hour

The Front Section is a bright and welcoming space within the New Building at Dolphins Recreation Centre, offering views out across the Recreation Ground.

With a capacity of up to 60 people, it is well suited to community groups, meetings, celebrations, classes, workshops and private events.

The space can be set up flexibly, with both rectangular and circular tables available, along with banquet chairs. Hirers also have access to toilet facilities, including accessible facilities.

For events requiring catering, the Front Section benefits from use of a kitchen equipped with a cooker, fridge, freezer and food preparation space. A bar is also available to book for an additional fee, making the room a practical and attractive option for both daytime and evening bookings.

Bookers of the Front Section will also have access to a tablet within the building, which can be used to register free car parking for guests using the Dolphins Hall car park on New Church Street.

With a capacity of up to 180 people, it is well suited to larger celebrations, community events, meetings, classes, workshops and private functions.

The space benefits from views out across the Recreation Ground as well as onto the enclosed garden area, giving it a bright and open feel. It can be set up flexibly, with both rectangular and circular tables available, along with banquet chairs.
