For ad hoc bookings, payment is required upfront once confirmed, via Stripe or GoCardless. Regular users will be billed monthly in advance via GoCardless.
Refunds for cancelled bookings are:
- More than 3 months before: 100%
- 2–3 months before: 50%
- 1–2 months before: 25%
- Less than 1 month before: no refund
Once confirmed, you will receive a Facility User Guide explaining how to use the building. In the week before your booking, we will email you with access details.
